WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday, 11:30 - 18:00.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Standard, 4-7Days shipping on all orders.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident in the quality of our products and customer service. We have warranted our products against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will be pleased ro repair any product or component that has a manufacturing defect or, if we think it is necessary, replace it, free of charge.
Our warranty extends to an original purchaser who bought new product from an authorized dealer of our products. Please have proof of purchase ready. Any freight charge to deliver the product back to us or our representative is all you'll need to pay. If the problem is really just normal wear and tear, then you probably don't qualify for our free-of-charge-repair-or-replace warranty. But you are welcome to contact us anyway, we'll do our best to help you again.
