Vamshycle is committed to providing high-quality balance bikes and excellent customer service. We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturing Defects: If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge within the warranty period. Please provide proof of damage in a video within 7 days of receiving the product along with proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs: You will only be responsible for the freight charges to return the product to us.
Normal Wear and Tear: If the issue is due to normal wear and tear, we may not be able to provide a free repair or replacement. However, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Defective or Damaged Items: Returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is defective or damaged upon opening the parcel. In such cases, a full refund or free replacement can be provided.
Lost Parts: For lost parts, a replacement can be provided, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of the part and shipping charges.
Assembly Damages: Damages that occur during the assembly of the bike are not covered under the return policy.
Reporting Deadlines: Damages or defects should be reported within 7 days of purchase to avail a refund or replacement of the product.
